See the business
in real time.

Your operators shouldn't wait until Monday to know what happened last week. Veynta Tech wires your CRM, e-commerce, billing, and support data into one live layer — with AI-generated insights, anomaly alerts, and plain-English queries. Reporting gets 3× faster, and problems surface the hour they happen, not the quarter after.

From data silos to live dashboards

One analytics layer on top of the tools you already run — no rip-and-replace, no 18-month data warehouse project.

What we connect

Your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom), billing (Stripe, Chargebee, Fortnox), inventory, and support tool (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk). Stack-agnostic — if it has an API or a database, we pipe it in cleanly.

No forced migrations. We meet your data where it already lives, normalize it into a unified model, and keep it in sync in near real time.

What you get

Live dashboards for sales, customers, and operations. Anomaly alerts that catch churn risk, stock-outs, and refund spikes the hour they start. AI-generated insights that summarize what changed and why. Natural-language queries — type "which SKUs are underperforming vs. last quarter" and get an answer.

Scheduled executive briefs land in your inbox every morning with the three things that actually matter.

From raw data to decisions in 5 weeks

A fixed-scope engagement. No open-ended discovery, no drifting timeline.

Week 1 — Data audit

We map every source system, grade data quality, and align on the five to ten metrics that actually drive the business.

Week 2 — Pipeline + model

Pipelines into a unified semantic model. Metrics are defined once, referenced everywhere — no more spreadsheet disagreements.

Week 3–4 — Dashboards + alerts

Live dashboards per team, anomaly detection tuned to your seasonality, and an AI layer that writes the commentary.

Week 5 — Rollout + training

Hands-on enablement for leadership and operators. We leave playbooks, not black boxes — your team owns it by Friday.

Dashboards your operators actually open

Four capability surfaces shipped as standard — extended per client where the data warrants.

Live Sales Pulse

Revenue, pipeline velocity, and win-rate trends updated continuously — with drill-downs by rep, region, and channel.

Inventory Radar

Stock velocity, days-of-cover, and reorder forecasts against live demand — flagged before anything runs out.

Customer Cohort Lens

Retention, LTV, and churn probability by acquisition cohort — with the three segments most at risk surfaced first.

Anomaly Alerts

Statistical deviations routed to Slack or email the moment they happen — refund spikes, latency, traffic drops, margin leaks.

Common questions

Do I need a data warehouse first?

No. For most SMB and mid-market clients we stand up a lightweight warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Postgres) as part of the engagement. If you already have one, we plug into it. Either path fits inside the five-week timeline.

How accurate are the AI-generated insights?

The insight layer explains what changed in your metrics and cites the underlying rows — so every claim is auditable back to the source. Trend commentary is deterministic; causal hypotheses are flagged as hypotheses. No hallucinated numbers.

Can we ask questions in plain English?

Yes. Operators can ask questions like "compare this week's refunds to the same week last year" and get back a chart plus a one-paragraph answer. Queries run against the semantic model, so the answers stay consistent with your dashboards.

Who trains the analytics models?

We do. Anomaly thresholds and cohort models are tuned to your seasonality during week three and retrained on a rolling basis post-launch. You get a quarterly model review — no hidden retraining fees.

What does the first month look like?

Week one is discovery and data audit. Week two is pipeline and semantic model. Weeks three and four are dashboards, alerts, and AI layer. You see working output by end of week two and production-grade dashboards by end of week four.
